Senior Management

Mr. Chi Liu has over 20 years of corporate management experience and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Haier Group, as well as Head of the CARTech Automotive Business Division. Since joining Haier Group in 1998, Mr. Liu has held numerous key positions including Product Manager for refrigerators, Regional Manager for the Guizhou Center, General Manager of the Guizhou, Zhengzhou, and Beijing centers, Head of the Central South Regional Division, General Manager of the Engineering Department, and General Manager of both the Business Process Promotion Department and the Energy Saving Project Division. Mr. Liu graduated from Wuhan Transportation University (now part of Wuhan University of Technology) with a Bachelor’s degree in Equipment Engineering and Management. 

Mr. Craig Yan Zeng has over 20 years of experience in capital market and has held senior management positions in many companies. He has been a director of LexinFintech (Nasdaq: LX) since December 2017 and served as the chief financial officer of LexinFintech from November 2016 to June 2021. Prior to joining LexinFintech, Mr. Zeng served as the chief financial officer of YeePay, an e-payment service provider in China. Before that, he served as the vice president of Hop Hing Group Holdings Limited, a company previously listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from 2013 to 2015, and as the executive vice president of VanceInfo Technologies Inc., a company previously listed on the New York Stock Exchange, from 2010 to 2013. Prior to 2010, Mr. Zeng served as a financial director of Microsoft (Greater China) from 2008 to 2009, and worked for Venustech Group Inc. (SZ: 002439) from 2006 to 2008, during which he served several senior management positions including as its chief operating officer and chief financial officer. He also worked for General Electric in the U.S. Mr. Zeng received his master’s degree in business administration from the Stern School of Business of New York University in 1999, and his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 1991.

Mr. Bibo Xiang has extensive experience in the fields of search engine, commercial advertising, recommendation system, natural language processing and data mining. Prior to joining Autohome, Mr. Xiang served as senior vice president of VIPKID, and Chief Technology Officer of Koolearn Technology Holding Limited (HKEX: 1797), in charge of digital transformation of education and training business. Prior to that, Mr. Xiang worked at Yahoo Search, Taobao Advertising, Shanda Online, 360 Search and 360 Commercial Products, where he was responsible for technology management of search, recommendation and advertising businesses. Mr. Xiang received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Southwest Jiaotong University in 1999, and his master’s degree in Information Security from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2006.
